What You’ll Need
A Zebra ZXP3 printer cleaning kit containing:
- Long print engine cleaning card
- Short card feeder cleaning card
Steps to Cleaning the ZXP3
- With the printer powered on and the LCD display showing “Ready,” hold down the Control button for five seconds and then follow the LCD instructions.
- Remove the ribbon and the cards.
- Insert the long cleaning party into the manual card feed slot. When the cleaning process is complete, the card will eject.
- Insert the card feeder cleaning card into the card feed slot. When the cleaning process is completed, remove the cleaning card from the card feeder slot.
- The cleaning process is now complete and you can load your pvc cards and reinstall your ribbon to begin printing.
