Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within California, Washington, D.C, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Arkansas, Minnesota and Washington. Orders shipping to other locations are not charged sales tax.
ID Card Group Shipping Policy
As long as your order total is greater than $99 (not including any tax or shipping charges), you will automatically receive FREE Super Saver Shipping.
With FREE Super Saver Shipping, your order will be delivered 5-8 business days after your items are available to ship. Our carrier of choice is FedEx for both domestic and international orders.
ID Card Group stocks most items in our Portland, OR warehouse. Items available in the warehouse can ship out as late as 4pm PST (7pm Eastern Time).
If you upgrade your shipping method, shipping fees will apply. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight/size of the package and the shipping speed. Shipping time, methods, and cost will vary depending on your location.
Has my order shipped?
Before shipping your products, ID CARD GROUP must process your order. Most orders will be processed within four hours, but in no case should it take longer than one business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed the next business day.
In order to protect our customers, we employ a rigorous set of checks to make sure an order can be processed, including verifying your shipping and billing address. We may contact you personally via phone or email to confirm order details, especially if your shipping and billing addresses are different or if you are shipping a package to a residence. An ID Expert will contact you within one business day to clarify, which may delay order processing and shipping.
Once the order details are finalized and processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (with a tracking number, if available) when your order ships. Products that are shipped directly from our manufacturers’ warehouse may not receive a tracking number. Some email providers flag our confirmation emails as spam. If you have not received a confirmation email from us within one business day of your order, check your spam file to see if our emails are getting flagged or contact us at 877-868-0012 so we can make sure you are getting proper order notice.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact us between 5:30am and 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. Please note that for custom orders, canceling may not always be possible if work has been performed. Also, depending on the time, your stock order may not be able to be cancelled if it has already been processed and packaged.
How do I return my order?
ID Card Group ID Card Group does not accept returns on any of the following:
- Custom Orders
- ID Systems
- Access Control products including prox cards
- Opened Software
- Opened Ribbons
- Opened Accessories
All orders are subject to a 20% restocking/processing fee.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to ID Card Group on returned items, and ID Card Group will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. If you received free shipping on your purchased item(s), the original shipping charge will be deducted from your credit when an item is returned.
All products returned MUST be 100% complete:
- Contain ALL original boxes and packing materials
- Have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes
- Contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
ID Card Group offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies.
ID Card Group recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. (For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.) To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns ID Card Group offers free sales support to ensure you are getting the product you desire. Please contact us for any questions you may have.
To make a return, please contact us for an authorization (RMA) we would be happy to assist you.
Returns without an authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
Acceptance of Product
If your items arrived damaged, missing or otherwise please contact ID Card Group within 3 business days of receiving the items. Please do not discard packaging material or shipping boxes the freight carrier will need to examine the content and the shipping materials in order to determine status.
