Third-Party UPS Shipping – How it Works
If you have an established UPS shipping account, you may be able to use your own UPS account to have your order shipped.
Your UPS Account must be verified by ID Card Group before you can use it in our checkout process – but once verified, you’ll be able to take advantage of your own shipping account discounts.
Even though ID Card Group uses standard UPS rates – with NO mark-up – to ship our packages, shipping can be expensive!

California Reseller Tax Exemption – How it Works
If you are a California reseller who has an established relationship with ID Card Group, you can now purchase products without sales tax added using our online store.
In order to receive tax exempt reseller status, we’ll need a California Resale Certificate from you to keep on file.
To ensure that no sales tax is charged on future purchases intended for resale, please complete the following steps:
- Print, complete, and sign a California Resale Certificate (PDF).
- Fax all pages of your completed California Resale Certificate to ID Card Group at (270) 398-2903.
Please include the following information on the cover page:
- Your name
- Company name
- Phone number
Only one set of documents is required per firm.
Note: Without a completed and signed Resale Certificate on file, ID Card Group is required to charge sales tax on all of your business purchases.
