AlphaCard ID Suite Light provides a user-friendly photo ID software solution that is ideally suited to help small organizations create a basic ID card program. AlphaCard ID Suite Light makes it easy to efficiently design and print high-quality ID cards with a wide range of design elements including text, photos, logos and graphics, barcodes, and more.
User-friendly Software With pre-defined card templates, AlphaCard ID Suite Light streamlines and simplifies the design process. With this entry-level software you are limited to six text fields, two data fields, and a photo field when designing cards. The text fields include:
- First name
- Last name
- Title
- Department
The software also includes a built-in database that holds up to 200 records to easily store your cardholder information. The Light software cannot be connected to an external database however, only the built-in database can be used.
If your ID program grows to require further functionality, additional database records, or database connectivity options, you can easily upgrade to AlphaCard ID Suite Standard, Professional, or Elite editions without losing your existing records.

As Microsoft releases ongoing Windows 10 updates, you can rest assured that users of AlphaCard ID Suite v11 will receive continuous support for this Windows 10 compatible software.
Software RequirementsAlphaCard ID Suite Light is compatible with all PVC card printers. AlphaCard ID Suite is not currently supported on Tablets or Surfaces. Please call with questions regarding compatibility with any hardware platforms not mentioned here.
System requirements: 32 or 64 bit Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 7, 8, 10), Explorer 6 or higher, Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher, dual core processor, 1 GB of free internal memory (32 bit) or 2 GB of free internal memory (64 bit), 200 MB of free disk space, and an internet connection for automatic activation and online help files.
Please Note: AlphaCard ID Suite Light comes with a single license. The software can only be installed and used on one computer at a time.
