In the Professional edition you can also create multiple layouts per card template – this is especially helpful when creating student ID cards for each grade that are variations on the same card design.
Easy Data Management OptionsAlphaCard School ID comes with a built-in database to store your student and staff records, and can hold an unlimited number of records. The software can also store records for visitors, volunteers, and contractors. You can also import or manage data by connecting AlphaCard School ID to an existing Microsoft Access, Excel, MS SQL, MySQL and SQLite, Oracle, and ODBC/OLE database. With the Professional edition you can even connect multiple databases.

Make the data entry process easier with custom drop down menus for your most used information, like student grade or homeroom teacher. System Requirements
AlphaCard School ID is compatible with all PVC card printers. The software is not supported on Tablets or Surfaces. AlphaCard School ID is a single software license, meaning it can only be installed and opened on one computer at a time.
System Requirements: 32 or 64 bit Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 7, 8, 10), Explorer 6 or higher, Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher, dual core processor, 1 GB of free internal memory (32 bit) or 2 GB of free internal memory (64 bit), 200 MB of free disk space, and an internet connection for automatic activation and online help files.
