Zebra 104524-803 composite mag stripe cards are specifically designed to withstand the rigors of retransfer card printing and laminating to produce the highest quality ID cards and badges possible. 

The Zebra 104524-803 card is a white standard credit card size (CR80, 30 mil) composite plastic card with a High Coercivity Magnetic Stripe (HiCo Mag Stripe) on the back that can be encoded with ID data using a retransfer card printer. These cards come in packages of 500. 

Made from composite plastic, these cards provide high image quality, flexibility and temperature durability. They are stronger than standard PVC cards because they are contain a polyester core that is flanked by PVC sides, making them ideal for high-usage or rugged ID badge programs. They also withstand lamination better than standard PVC cards.

Unlike traditional dye sublimation card printers, which prints through a ribbon directly onto the card, retransfer printers print onto a flexible, transparent film that is then thermally bonded to the card - offering a high level of fraud protection.  

Zebras blank Retransfer Ready PVC cards represent the highest quality, after exhaustive testing, and are guaranteed to provide the optimum print quality when used with your retransfer printer. When used specifically with Zebras ZXP8 printer (firmware 5.1 or later), the printer settings are optimized for the card material, requiring little user input while ensuring high-quality results every time!
