Designed to quickly print visually secure extra long ID cards, the Magicard Rio Pro Xtended allows you to design custom watermarks for your cards for ticketing and event passes.

Print Extra Long ID Cards

With the unique ability to print on extra long ID cards, the Magicard Rio Pro Xtended printer adds versatility to any card program. In double-printing mode you can print cards up to 110mm in full color. The Rio Pro Xtended will also handle pre-printed cards up to 140mm long by printing a CR80-sized (86mm x 54mm) area in full color in a single pass or an area up to 110mm x 54mm using the double-printing mode. In monochrome mode, the printer will print the entire length of a 140mm x 54mm card.

The printer takes just 23 seconds to print a full-color ID card in Color Fast mode (31 seconds in Color Standard mode), and the 100 card input hopper makes it quick and easy to print batches of cards. This allows you to print up to 100 cards before needing to load new cards into the hopper, saving you time when printing large numbers of event passes or tickets. If you want to print monochrome cards, the Rio Pro Xtended is even faster—just 6 seconds per card!

Custom Magicard HoloKote

If your organization needs cards with visible security features, Magicard's unique HoloKote system comes standard on the Rio Pro Xtended. HoloKote is a secure watermark system that adds watermarks to the front of your cards at no additional cost, allowing you to tell authentic cards from counterfeit ones at a glance.

The Rio Pro Xtended comes with four HoloKote patterns (waves, keys, rings, and globes), which you can select from the printer driver, along with the ability to create a custom HoloKote watermark using your own design. You also get HoloKote Flex with the Rio Pro Xtended, so you can print the design in any size or location on the card.
