Multifunctional ID Card Printing
Evolis is redefining entry level printers with the Zenius Expert. This innovative printer is light, quick and quiet, making it ideal for printing cards on location. With the option to upgrade to several types of encoding, the Zenius Expert is an all-in-one solution to creating multifunctional identification cards, transit passes and more. It features a manual card feed for one-off printing, and it is also equipped with a 50-card feeder and 20-card output tray to streamline batch printing.
In addition to ease of use, Zenius Expert offers high quality card printing. This single-sided printer creates color-dye sublimination color cards or thermal transfer monochrome cards with 300 dpi, edge to edge printing. Zenius Expert features a built-in microchip that automatically detects Evolis High Trust ribbon cassettes. Especially easy to install, these ribbons enhance print quality and support print head durability.
With several options for encoding ID cards, the Zenius Expert allows your organization to print multifunctional cards for employee IDs, access control cards, time and attendance systems, and more. Choose from magnetic stripe encoding, contact, or contactless encoding.

AlphaCard ID Suite Software
Your Evolis Zenius Expert ID card system also includes powerful AlphaCard ID Suite card design and database management software. This user-friendly software makes it easy to design custom cards, build your database, and manage cardholder information with just a few clicks.
AlphaCard ID Suite Light edition gives you access to basic card design features including text, graphics, cardholder photos, and barcodes. The built-in database can hold up to 200 records, so your cardholder information is always available.
