The Zebra 104524-801 card is a white standard credit card size (CR80, 30 mil) in composite plastic that comes in packages of 500. Composite PVC cards provide high image quality, flexibility and temperature durability. These cards are stronger than standard pvc cards because they are contain a polyester core that is flanked by PVC sides, making them ideal for high-usage or rugged ID badge programs. They also withstand lamination better than standard pvc cards.

Zebras blank Retransfer Ready PVC cards represent the highest quality, after exhaustive testing, and are guaranteed to provide the optimum print quality when used with your retransfer printer. When used specifically with Zebras ZXP8 printer (firmware 5.1 or later), the printer settings are optimized for the card material, requiring little user input while ensuring high-quality results every time!

Unlike traditional dye sublimation card printers, which prints through a ribbon directly onto the card, retransfer printers print onto a flexible, transparent film that is then thermally bonded to the card - offering a high level of fraud protection.
