Please download and complete our credit application or use your organization’s standard application form. Then, fax a hard copy of the purchase order and credit application to our sales department at   270-398-2903.

If you are a new customer and do not yet have Terms with us you can still place your order, but it will not ship until we have been able to approve your credit application and receive the physical Purchase Order.
