  • Via the Control Panel
  • From the Toolbox in the driver

  1. Clean the heated rollers
  2. Clean the heated roller assembly
  3. Clean the side rollers
  4. Clean the Y-rollers
  5. Clean the print head
  6. Allow the print head to dry
  7. Return the ribbon and restore power to the printer
